- No, we don’t charge you for any enquiry, consultation or estimation work.

- Q２．What should I do for the materials and data needed for the production?
- You will save money and time as much as you can prepare and give us the materials.
- Q３．What is a sever?
- A server is a non physical place where you can put your web site on internet.
For instance, when you have finished producing a web site, you can’t see it on the internet automatically.
Therefore in order to see it on the internet you have to rent a space called server and put there your files. - Q４．What is a domain?
- Simply said, it is your address on internet.
Generally by putting your web site on a server, you get the name of your internet provider or server Company sticks to your web site address.
Therefore by acquiring an exclusive address and applying it you get a clean internet address.
For instance, by acquiring a domain name your address will be “eyestudio.com” instead of “eyestudio.thenameofyourprovider.net”. - Q５．What should I do about the server and so on?
- If you already have a domain or server we will use it.
In the case you don’t have one we will do the necessary to get you a domain. - Q６．Will you manage the updates and modifications?
- Yes we can manage them.
We have a monthly management plan. As for separate amendments we will charge you each time you will request one. Please ask us. - Q６．How much time does it takes from ordering to the delivery time?
- It depends on the contents. For a classic web site of about 5 to 10 pages it will take about 3 weeks

About printing matters
- Q１．What kind of printing matters?
- We can produce all kinds of work like advertising bills, pamphlet, leaflets, posters, and so on.
Please just ask us about color specification, black and white request, types of paper, format, size and leaves numbers. - Q２．What it is required for the press?
- Please provide us manuscripts, data, materials and photos require for printing.
We will prefer things above 300dpi since all the photos and materials will adapt to printing format size. - Q３．How long does it take until delivery?
- It depends on the contents. After the design is done and accepted, production, modification and verification will take about one week and printing about one week too.
※Since production issues can occured we may take additional time - Q４．Do you supervise for me everything from production to the foldout?
- Yes we can supervise the foldout if it is within the prefecture of Kyoto.
